New Look HQ
The construction of a Head Office for a well known high-street fashion business. The new steel-clad office accommodates 400 members of staff. The complex incorporates a commercial kitchen, staff restaurant, break-out areas and a car park.
The project was carried out as part of Weymouth regeneration.
Special Considerations include:
- Site was located alongside an active Ambulance Station which required 24 hour road access, no disruption to electric or data services at any time
- Extensive road improvements were carried out
- Infrastructure upgrades were implemented
